Job Description
Assemble and inspect Optical Transceiver and Fiber Optic Module products in accordance with work instructions and quality standards.
Perform Fiber Attach, Fiber Alignment, Optical Fiber Handling, and Fiber Splicing processes.
Support basic Failure Analysis activities and carry out initial corrective actions as assigned.
Operate assembly and inspection tools and equipment properly.
Read and follow English work instructions, SOPs, and production documents.
Record production output, test results, and defects accurately.
Maintain 5S, quality, and safety standards in the work area.
Perform other assigned duties as required.
Qualifications
Higher Vocational Certificate or above in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Telecommunications, Photonics, or a related field.
Experience in Optical Fiber, Fiber Attach/Alignment, Fiber Splicing, Transceiver Assembly, Electronics Testing, or Failure Analysis is an advantage.
Basic ability to read and understand English work instructions.
Detail-oriented and able to work with small and delicate components.
Able to work effectively as part of a team and follow standard operating procedures.
Fresh graduates with an electronics background are welcome to apply.
