Job Description

• Oversee overall boutique operations and day-to-day store management.
• Lead, manage, and develop a team of approximately 5–6 employees.
• Drive sales performance and ensure the achievement of business targets.
• Monitor store operations, customer service standards, and team performance.
• Work closely and coordinate with the Regional Team based in Singapore.
• Support the boutique’s pre-opening preparation and operational readiness.

Qualifications

• Approximately 5–10 years of experience in the luxury watch industry.
• Proven experience in leading and managing a retail or boutique team.
• Strong knowledge of boutique operations, sales management, and luxury customer service.
• Good command of English, with the ability to communicate effectively with the Regional Team.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Candidates currently working as an Assistant Boutique Manager or a high-potential Senior Sales Associate may also be considered

Compensation & Benefits

Working Conditions

• Work location: Boutique at Siam Paragon.
• Six days off per month.
• Working hours are approximately 10:00 AM–9:00 PM on a shift basis.
• Working schedules and hours may be subject to slight adjustment during the boutique’s pre-opening preparation stage.
