Qualifications

KEY COMPETENCIES:

• Experience: At least 6 years in retail, + 3 years in store management level.
  
• Education: Bachelor’s degree and above.
  
• Industry Knowledge: General sporting goods or Golf Fitting is a great advantage.
  
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
  
• Proven ability to network, recruit, train, develop and assess talent
  
• Excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills
  
• Proven ability to increase sales and profitability
  
• Strong clientele background
  
• Technical proficiency with SAP and POS systems
  
• Good command spoken and written of English
