Job Description

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Presentation of Brand/BTQ story/ Architecture & layout with storytelling/ Window (Display) concept.
  
• Presentation of Art piece.
  
• Presentation of LV Product Iconic and New product (Story not commercial details).
  
• Small talk with clients when clients are browsing or waiting for SA.
  
• Observe if any clients browsing without anyone attached >> offer touring/storytelling.
  

Qualifications

KEY COMPETENCIES:

• Bachelor Degree in any related field
  
• At least 1 year's experience or internship in retail, service industry, hospitality or tourism
  
• Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  
• Excellent customer service with a client-centric mindset
  
• Ability to handle with in front complex situation or problem and quickly resolve with a professional manner
  
• Good communication in both English and Thai (Chinese or Russian language will be an advantage)
