Job Description
- Work with the insurance broker to manage employee data
and inquiries.
- Record the insurance enrollments and verify invoices
for payment.
- Ensure medical payments follow the Collective
Bargaining Agreement (CBA).
- Coordinate with hospitals for employee support and
maintain records of claims.
- Prepare monthly claims reports and monitor emergency
cases.
- Manage savings fund processes, such as enrollment,
resignation applications, and contribution payments.
- Prepare annual reports for adjustments.
- Handle employee emergency loan requests and process
payments as per the CBA.
- Oversee employees' benefit requests, including
verification and payment processing for various company benefits.
- Coordinate with Executive Compensation & Global
Mobility to review contracts and prepare for new expatriate assignments.
- Serve as the primary contact for agencies, providing
local information and company documents for immigration processing.
- Manage visa, work permit, and 90-day report processes
in collaboration with agencies.
- Coordinate with Procurement and vendors to arrange
transportation for expatriates.
- Review and monitor contracts for cars and residences,
providing necessary company documents for contracting.
- Verify and monitor monthly expenses and manage the
payment process for expatriates.
- Manage employee records (e.g., employee cards).
- Track and report employee time attendance.
- Provide various company documents to HR Team as
required for benefits or others purposes.
- Assist with any HR-related requests and activities from
the HR team, ensuring smooth coordination and communication within the
department.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or a
related.
- At least 2 years of experience in HR administration or
general administrative support.
- Knowledge of HR and employment laws and regulations.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, applicant
tracking systems, and HR software.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic command in English.
