Organization Data Cleansing
Job Description
Work Location: near MRT Queen Sirikit Convention Center
Working Time: Mon–Fri (Office Hours 8.30 – 5.00 pm)Period: This position begins with a 3-month contract. Upon successful performance, the employment will be converted to a 1-year contract.
Key responsibilities:
- Cleansing data in the system including removing data duplication and revising misspelling and wrong format data
- Coordinate with stakeholders to correct, edit and update data
- Advise stakeholders on the process of adding and editing data and the impact on other people management modules
- Suggest a suitable data matching to HRBP/HR Information System
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any related fields
- Detail-oriented, observant, loves to work with big chunks of data
- Good command in English
- Investigative and troubleshooting Skills
- Experience in Excel is required (pivot tables and VLOOKUPs)
- Experience in SAP-Success Factors is a plus
- Experience in HR field for 3 years
