Job Description:
- Develop 1–3
year plans and budgets related to sales and sales support activities,
ensuring alignment with company policies.
- Design the
organizational structure for the department and sections under
responsibility, ensuring appropriate staffing and job responsibilities
that are consistent with economic conditions and the competitive
landscape in a borderless business world.
- Select,
manage, and develop personnel within the department, ensuring their
knowledge, understanding, and skills align with the company's human
resources and personnel development policies accurately, systematically,
and with maximum efficiency.
- Direct and
control subordinates to perform and execute tasks according to
established plans efficiently.
- Analyze the
root causes of work-related problems and define solutions or
improvements for tasks and plans to eliminate issues and stay current
with economic, social, and political changes.
- Organize
meetings at least twice a month to explain problems, obstacles, and
suggestions, and to collaborate with subordinates in defining work
guidelines and standards.
- Establish an
efficient communication system and channels within the responsible
department.
- Prepare
progress reports, detailing problems, obstacles, suggestions, and
received complaints, and submit them to the Deputy Managing
Director/Managing Director at least twice a month.
- Perform
other duties as assigned by the Deputy Managing Director/Managing
Director
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Age more than 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree in
Marketing or a related field nearby.
- Previous experience in
sales at least 7-10 years.
- Proficient in Microsoft
Office Suite, email, and chat applications.
- Must possess detailed
knowledge of all company products.
- Must have knowledge of the
product development process and procedures.
- Must have knowledge of main
equipment in the production line
- Able to work under pressure
as well.
- Strong interpersonal and
communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

P.S. This role
necessitates on-site engagement at both Bangkok head office and the Wellgrow
Industrial Estate facility.
Moreover,
daily office attendance offers flexibility, contingent upon the specific tasks
and requirements of each day.
