                    Our client is a globally
operating credit insurer, offering companies solutions to protect them against
the risk of financial default of their clients, both in the domestic market and
for export. We have 4,600 staff in 66 countries provide a local service
worldwide.
Position:                    
Office Administrator
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with each department in the company.
 
- Provide administrative support in
     Departments.
 
- Create bill invoices documents (Debit note
     and Credit Note) in the Company System together with submit them to client
     within timeline
 
- Generate and preserve office documents such
     as, invoices, letters and reports.
 
- Maintain hard copy and electronic filing
     system
 
- Perform general clerical duties including
     photocopying, scanning and mailing.
 
- Attend to all incoming and outgoing calls
     appropriately and courteously.
 
- Attend to all guests and visitors' enquiries
 
- Provide other administrative/ secretarial
     support when required.

Compensation & Benefits
                    
Location: BTS Sukhumvit Line
Work Day: 5 days per week (Monday to Friday)
Salary: 25K-30K/month
