Legal Counsel Function
 
·       Assist Legal Counsel in drafting and reviewing commercial and non-commercial agreements and legal documents for the Company’s business operation.

• Assure the company’s business operation to comply with the Company’s policies, guidelines, compliance manuals, business code of conduct.
  

·         Handle the Company’s business permits and licenses e.g. factory license, BOI certificate, etc. to ensure that the company has the rights to operate its business legally.
 
·         Review and advise PDPA and privacy policies.
 

• Prepare and submit application for registration with the government agencies.
  

 

• Coordinate with external law firms on litigation case, disputes or claims.
  

• Coordinate with the Regional Legal Team on all relevant reports.
  
• Provide support for document and administrative tasks as assigned.
  

 
Company Secretary Function
 
•   Assist Company Secretary in organizing and arranging for the Board Meeting, Sub-Committee Meeting, and Shareholders Meeting.
 
•   Prepare the Invitation Letter and Minutes of the Meetings both English and Thai.
 
•   Liaise with governance agencies e.g. SET, SEC, IOD, Ministry of Commerce, to ensure good governance practices and in compliance with laws and regulations.
 
•   Prepare the information memorandum, disclosures and the relevant reports to SET and SEC.
 
·      Coordinate with team to prepare 56-1 One Report and sustainability report.
 
•   Provide support for document and administrative tasks as assigned.
 

Qualifications

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Laws
  
• At least 2 years’ experience in legal works and company secretary functions
  
• Good communication skills in writing and speaking in English
  
• Have knowledge general commercial laws, labor laws, intellectual property laws, corporate laws, securities laws, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance
