 Coordinating Externally such as Social Insurance, Thai Labor Law, VISA and Work Permit
Agency, The Revenue Department, etc.
 Able to do Quarterly and Yearly Report to Related Government Office such as Department of
Skill Development, Social Security etc.
 Organizing Training Sessions for New Hires and Refresher Training for Existing Team
Members, Arrange Training and Record Training in Computer System
 Responsible for Recruitment, Hiring, Orientation Process. Prepare and Maintain Employee
Records, Including Payroll, Time Attendance, Benefits, and Compensation
 To Manage the Health, Safety and Welfare of all Employees
 Filing Documents
 Processing Various Administrative Tasks and Accurately Completing and Processing
Paperwork
 Other Assignment Assigned by Superior
 ISO 9001 and ISO14000

Qualifications

 Female or Male age between 30-35 years old
 Bachelor's Degree Major Human Resource, Legal or other related
 Working Experience in Human Resource field at least 5 years
 Good knowledge of Labour Protection Law and Labour Relation Law
 Able to make good relationship with government office and neighbor office
 Accountabilities and Responsibilities, Teamwork, Leadership skill, Service mind, Proactive,
Fast learning, Fast move, Enthusiasm, Good human relationship and pleasant personality
 Flexibility and ability to coordinate multiple tasks
Computer literacy with MS-Office : Excel, Word, PowerPoint, E-mail, and Tiger Soft Program
 Good communication and correspondence both Thai and English, Japanese is preferable
 TOEIC score 500 up

Compensation & Benefits

Salary : 40,000 - 45,000 Baht (Depend on Qualification and Experience)
Workplace Location : Bangkadi Industrial Park, Patumthani Province
Position Available : 1 Position
Probation Period : 120 Days
Working Day/Hours : Monday to Friday (08.30-17.30 hrs)
Able to start working : Urgent Required
